We are looking for three Retail Team Leaders to work predominantly within the LUU Co-op franchise. Assisting the Retail Manager in a customer-focused environment, you will be passionate about working to high standards and delivering consistently great service. You will utilise your communication skills and gain first-hand experience in coaching, motivating, and developing a team of student staff.You will get to enjoy a mix of operational shifts; as well as developing your understanding of Co-op & LUU business practices, including, stock takes, stock management control processes, retail standards & customer service and audits.
We are looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic individual who is a great communicator. You will need to be an excellent team player, give fantastic customer service and have a passion for working in a busy, vibrant environment.
As a student’s union we are closed over the Christmas holiday period and on bank holidays so we have the best hours in the business!
We have great internal training opportunities and we are looking for someone who has a real passion for helping us make sure every student loves their time at Leeds.
We offer 26 days’ holiday (plus generous statutory and customary closure days) and a pension scheme.
