
Wellbeing HIIT and Core (Face to Face)
This High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) class is designed to burn calories and get your blood pumping using full body exercises!
This is open to all abilities; you can take it at your own pace and will be given alternatives to each exercise. The session will finish with a quick abs workout to ensure you have used all your muscles!
This class will be delivered in the Jade Studio, please wear comfortable clothing and bring a drink.
