Join Get Out, Get Active (GOGA) for an indoor climbing session on The Edge Climbing Wall.
This climbing wall session is ideal for beginners and provides an opportunity for you to progress with the necessary skills and knowledge onto our outdoor climbing trips.
This session will show you the basics of climbing, from scaling 8m high walls to coming back down safely. You will also learn about climbing movement skills, helping you complete some of our graded climbing routes with style. You will be provided with climbing shoes, but please come ready wearing comfortable gym wear. Climbing is a fantastic full-body workout so be prepared to challenge yourself physically and mentally!
Our activator, in a green Get Out, Get Active t-shirt, will greet you at the Edge entrance foyer at 12:15pm and take you through to the Climbing wall area to meet the instructor and get ready for the session.
