About this event
Baybayin is the beautiful ancient script used by the Tagalog people before the colonisation of the Philippines.
In this workshop you will learn how to write your name in Baybayin and try writing some words in Baybayin calligraphy. During the event you can also watch a live performance of a traditional Filipino dance called Tinikling.
Everyone is welcome to attend and learn more about Filipino culture, heritage and language.
