About this event
Burnmouth is a small fishing village located in Scotland. It is the first village in Scotland after crossing the border. We will be walking from Burnmouth to Berwick-upon-Tweed, the northernmost town in England.
The walking route will be along the Berwickshire coastal path and will be around 6km in length. We will stop regularly to appreciate the beautiful views along the way.
After exploring the coastal path, you will have some free time in Berwick-upon-Tweed to to explore the sandy beaches as well as the many shops, cafes and pubs on offer.
Please come in suitable footwear for uneven and unpaved terrain (walking boots or strong trainers). We also recommend you bring a waterproof jacket and warm clothes, food and drink for during the walk and money to purchase items in the town.
