Our spring GIAG will be a hill session near the business school. We will meet just outside the business school at 6:10.
Hill sessions aim to improve strength and power which are both factors contributing to a improving your running and preventing injury. The session will cater for all, including a lower volume beginner session and higher volume session for advanced runners. This will give you a taste of what some our our Thursday sessions are like.
You will also meet our head coach Greg, who organises our training and will be able to answer any training related questions.
