About this event

You’ve “made it” - the course, the election, the award. Despite all this progress and recognition, you can’t seem to shake the feeling that it’s all an illusion, that you must have tricked everyone, and that at any moment you’ll be discovered.

Imposter syndrome is one way of describing these waves of self-doubt that many of us go through. Just like a puppy this feeling needs care and attention.

In this workshop, we’ll cover the symptoms of imposter syndrome and offer short exercises to overcome this feeling. You’ll learn to

  • Notice and move away from submissive language
  • How to engage others through your body language
  • Feel more comfortable with networking.

This workshop is specifically tailored for final year students at LUBS.

Join Sachi and Ellie, your Health & Wellbeing Ambassadors, at SR 1.04, LUBS.

The workshop is free, but please reserve a place prior to the event.
