About this event
In the 1950's hundred of thousands of North-African Jews moved to the new born state of Israel and brought their traditions from their communities. Mixed with other European Jewish communities who arrived to Israel, food from north and south was mixed into new tastes. Hummus is an ancient dish with roots in the Middle East, and widely loved across the world. All are welcome.
