Partnership Awards 2020 moves online

Celebrate Week

The Partnership Awards winners for 2020 will be announced online on Wednesday 27 May from 2pm on Leeds University Union’s Twitter channel.

This year, we received over 2700 nominations for the Partnership Awards, each one celebrating the amazing achievements and work by staff and students across the University of Leeds.  The ceremony will not be taking place as usual but we still want to celebrate you - so for this year we’re moving it online. Tune into LUU’s Twitter channel on Wednesday 27 May from 2pm to see this year’s winners announced.

Faculty-level Partnership Awards have been announced over the past few weeks, and this is an opportunity to find out who has won in the 13 main award categories which are:

  • Student Academic Rep of the Year
  • Feedback
  • Equality and Inclusion
  • Global
  • Innovation
  • Inspirational Teaching
  • Mentor
  • Personal Tutor
  • Positive Impact
  • Postgraduate Researchers who teach or demonstrate
  • Supervisor
  • Wellbeing
  • The Partnership Award

To find out more about each category you can look here.

The Partnership Awards usually take place during LUU’s Celebrate Week, but the coronavirus outbreak has delayed the shortlisting process. The Halls Awards, Sports Colours and Riley Awards were still announced online during Celebrate Week and you can find out the winners for each of those ceremonies here.

We look forward to seeing you on Twitter on Wednesday 27 May, using the hashtag #LeedsPA2020.
