Come to the LUU Light Café and recharge your batteries with the help of energising lamps provided by Lumie to stimulate your exposure to sunlight and promote the production of melatonin, an important hormone released at night that helps you sleep.
Come over for some relaxing time around SAD lamps and free hot drinks (between 2pm-4pm), over the two weeks there will also be workshops and sessions in the meeting rooms on level 2 that aim to help students during this mentally stressful time, such as yoga, pom pom making and more.
