About this event
This session will be carried out with similar activities to usual training; with pad work and full body exercises (sprints/press-ups/sit-ups/squats). Geared more towards new members and those with little or no boxing experience. We will show the basic punches and get you to try it in groups of 2-3 with pads. There will be no sparing.
