What did/do you study? My undergrad was in English Literature and Creative Writing, and my (incomplete) masters is in International Communication.
Your secret talent/hobby? It’s not much of a secret since I prance about the office constantly but I love dancing. I’ve been part of Modern and Ballet society since I came to Leeds and it really has made my uni experience.
Favourite place on campus? St. George’s field is such a lovely safe haven tucked away from all the noise of campus. My favourite thing to do on a sunny day is to sit and read my book under a tree (if you can block out the fact that it’s actually a cemetery).
Best thing about Leeds? I love the sense of community – having so many of my friends within walking distance and all the little spots that everyone flocks to to hang out, whether it’s the park in the summer, Common Ground throughout the day, Brudenell in the evening.
Tip to get the most out of the student experience? Just throw yourself into everything you can! You never know who you might meet, what hobbies you might discover, and all of the memories there are to make unless you open yourself up to opportunities.
