Halls Awards
Halls of Residence are a big part of the uni experience for many of our students, and the Halls Awards honour those who make that experience great through events, activities and providing support for their neighbours. This year’s digital event was hosted by our 2019/20 Union Affairs Officer Lauren, via Facebook stories and IGTV.
Sports Colours
Sports Colours is our chance to celebrate the efforts of our Leeds Sports Clubs’ athletes, teams, volunteers and coaches, whether they’ve been incredible on the pitch, or made a difference beyond it. This year’s event was hosted by our 2019/20 Activities Officer Lydia, via a special webinar.
The Partnership Awards
The Partnership Awards celebrate the achievements of staff and students who put the values of The Leeds Partnership into practice through their teaching, projects, and behaviour. This year’s ceremony was delivered via Twitter, with special videos filmed by staff from across the University and Union.
The Riley Awards
Sometimes known as LUU’s Oscars, The Riley Awards celebrate the very best of our 300+ clubs and societies, complete with awards for achievements and showcase performances. This year’s digital Rileys were delivered by none other than brilliant LUU society LSTV, who used Facebook Premiere to put on a slick virtual event.
