If you are struggling, please do seek help. Our Help & Support and Advice services are open all summer, and there are useful counselling and wellbeing resources on their pages.
Feeling lonely?
Switch up your study or work space for a nice cafe or library, expand your mind at a museum, or connect with the local community at an event – there’s always something going on in Leeds!
Worried about money?
Getting through the summer can be financially challenging. LUU and the University have pages dedicated to resources, tips and support to help you.
It might be more important than ever to take a look at your expenses and learn the skill of budgeting.
Essentials is open to support you if you’re struggling financially. Visit Essentials on the balcony over The Refectory to pick up free food and toiletries, and get some guidance.
