We are looking for an individual who’s ready to take the next step and become Assistant Manager in our fast paced student Venues here at Leeds University Union.
Our award winning Venues host some of the best gigs and club nights in Leeds, including the legendary Fruity, and our Freshers’ & Summer Balls are the biggest in the UK. You will play a key role in supporting and delivering the daily operations for Venues.
Every day is different and provides you with a great opportunity to manage a varied business and large team.
Whilst shifts are varied throughout the week, including days, nights and weekends, you do benefit from having bank holidays off with us – yes, even Christmas and New Year! We offer 26 days’ holiday (plus generous statutory and customary closure days) and a pension scheme.
So if you are fun, have customer service and supervisory experience and are not afraid of hard work, along with a drive to develop within the licensed trade, we are willing to invest in the training and development with you.
We have great internal training opportunities and we are looking for people who have a real passion for helping us make sure every student loves their time at Leeds.
