Those changes have included:
- Creating Engage, a one-stop student engagement site that hosts all our events, elections, FAQs, club and society directory and more.
- Focusing on new channels including TikTok and WeChat, providing fun Union content where our members want to see it.
- Creating an app for Leeds Union Events, to make buying tickets for gigs and nights out easier than ever before.
- Living up to our inclusive values by introducing new accessibility measures across our channels including captions.
With students wanting to see further improvements over the coming years, we’ll be investing in digital improvements and engaging students to better understand how they want to be communicated with.
