Meet Your New Student Exec

The students have spoken, and the results are in – your upcoming Student Exec officers for 2023/2024 have been chosen.

Next academic year, LUU will be led and students will be represented by Activities & Opportunities Officer Ella Williams, Education Officer Bethan Corner, Equality & Liberation Officer Haryati Mohammed, International & Postgraduate Officer Rimsha Khan, Union Affairs & Communications Officer Emily Tabern, and Wellbeing Officer Hannah Catterall. The student newspaper The Gryphon will be run by Editor Sinead O’Riordan.

After another exciting election, Lead LUU 2023 is over, and we’d like to thank every candidate who put themselves forward and campaigned, everyone who supported the candidates and made the elections run smoothly, as well as all students who got involved, made their voice heard and voted. Your student voice is crucial in determining who represents your concerns, values and interests and what events, campaigns, policies and changes are made within LUU and University.
