LUU members invited to attend AGM on 12 May

On 12 May Leeds University Union will be holding its annual general meeting (AGM), where its members – students at the University of Leeds – can find out more about the Union’s business, vote on an important resolution, and ask any questions they might have about LUU’s governance.

The resolution regards amendments to LUU’s bye-laws and articles of association, in line with recommendations made by NCVO. If passed this would mean that this AGM will be LUU’s last.

We’re required to inform members that the AGM is taking place, and have included the official notice, along with an agenda for the meeting, below.
