Lockdown Update – Change to LUU activities

Following the Government announcement postponing the easing of current restrictions until the 19th July, the following LUU activities are affected:

  1. Fruity events (starting 21st June) – Unfortunately we have had to cancel these and will be refunding tickets (see below).
  2. Cafes, Bars, Outlets – These remain open with the current operating guidance (see below).

Fruity - CANCELLED

Sadly, without easing of restrictions we are unable to run the following events.

  • FRUITY’S BIRTHDAY BASH, Monday, June 21, 2021
  • FRUITY VALENTINES, Tuesday, June 22, 2021
  • FRUITY CHRISTMAS, Wednesday, June 23, 2021
  • FRUITY HALLOWEEN, Thursday, June 24, 2021
  • FRUITY’S SUMMER FINALE, Friday, June 25, 2021

We will automatically process tickets to give a FULL REFUND which will be received in 5-10 days.

And to make it up to you, we’re excited to announce that tickets are now on sale for our Fruity Summer Finale, planned for Friday 23 July.

Cafes, Bars, Outlets - OPEN

Our building remains open for students to enjoy – check out ‘A day of dining‘ for inspiration – with the current guidance about mask wearing, and social distancing. And remember you can use LUU.App to order from your table.

  • Scream: 11am to 4pm Monday to Friday
  • Union Shop: 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday
  • Gear: 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday
  • Old Bar: 11am to 11pm Monday to Friday & 12pm to 11pm Saturday and Sunday
  • Co-op: 8am to 9pm Monday to Friday, 10am to 9pm Saturday, & 12pm to 6pm Sunday
  • Humpit: 11am to 2:30pm Monday to Friday
  • Wok&Go: 11am to 9pm Monday to Friday & 12pm – 8pm Saturday
  • Pearls Bubble Tea: 12pm to 4:30pm Monday to Friday
