Rock Soc are the biggest and busiest music society in LUU for anyone interest in rock, metal, punk, goth and all of the genres in between.
They’ll introduce you to the northern rock scene with regular trips to rock clubs in cities around the region as well as invite you to the monthly rock night that they hold here in the Union. Whatever your genre of choice, you’ll find someone who likes the same.

We hold a weekly social every Friday from 8pm in Strawbs Bar on Woodhouse Lane. We also have our very own club night and live music event named ‘Cyanide’.
Membership costs £5 and all your money goes towards holding bigger and better events.
