What we’re all about
The Buddhist Meditation Society are a group of both Buddhists and non-Buddhists who run meditation sessions, discussions, socials and retreats. They give people of any belief a place in which they can practice meditation and mindfulness in a relaxed community of welcoming people. Guided sessions take place every week so whether you're an experienced meditator or a first timer, they will be able to guide you through the process.
We run guided sessions each week where you can meditate. Our weekly sessions run Wed 5-7PM in Room 6 of the Union.
We run several socials throughout the term and hopefully some film nights with discussions to follow.
Sessions are free so come along to see if a membership suits you first.
