Vertical Fitness

What we’re all about

Vertical Fitness is a new, exciting and extremely addictive form of exercise based around the aerial art of pole dancing. In one workout it combines flexibility, strength and balance. The classes are designed to build self-confidence and make you feel good about yourself while getting fit and meeting new people. Anyone and everyone is welcome: you'll be amazed how quickly you progress.


Our current timetable for classes in Semester 1 is:

Monday 6-7pm Acrobalance (open to all levels)

Monday 6-7pm, 7-8pm and 8-9pm Pole (for beginners)

Tuesdays 7-8pm and 8-9pm Pole (for intermediate)

Wednesdays 5-6pm and 6-7pm Aerial hoop (open to all levels)


We hold lots of amazing socials including pizza and pole jams, scavenger hunts, BBQ's and many great night outs. We also travel to the UK Pole Professional Championships.


Membership is £25 for the year and includes perks such as 20% off X-Pole products, discounted kit, socials and trips. We offer cards with 6 classes for just £20.
