
Wellbeing HIIT and Pilates Mixer Class
A friendly exercise class to meet and workout with likeminded people.
Come to workout, meet new people and have fun!
This class will include a 50/50 split of a HIIT and Pilates style workout with an optional time at the end to chat and socialise. Whether you're a beginner or more advanced there'll be options throughout to tailor the workout to you. The emphasis is on getting moving and meeting new people.
Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a drink with you. This class is open to all abilities.
