Join Fran and Lucy who will take your through the fundamentals on wellbeing and help you to improve yours, leaving you feeling more positive. In this workshop you will cover; The 5 Ways to Wellbeing, the link between physical health and mental wellbeing and stress relief as well as tips and tricks on how to improve your own wellbeing. It will involve a mixture of presentation, group and individual reflection work.
