Join Andy, who will lead this session teaching Shaolin Kung Fu. Andy teaches
a combination of modern and traditional techniques and forms, internal Qi gong
exercises to improve your health, fitness and wellbeing. Classes are suitable for all levels of experience of fitness whether you are a complete beginner or advance. please make sure to wear comfortable clothing.
