During this workshop, Fran and Lucy will teach you the fundamentals of wellbeing, helping you to learn easy steps to improve yours and feel more positive. This workshop will cover; The 5 Ways to Wellbeing, the link between physical health and mental wellbeing and stress relief as well as tips and tricks on how to improve your own wellbeing. It will involve a mixture of presentation, group and individual reflection work.
