Lishi is an ancient Daoist art of movement that can help you keep your body relaxed and your mind at ease. It is a mix of different energetic practices, among them e.g. tai chi, soft kung fu and dao yin breathing exercises. This session will be focusing on the more gentle tai chi forms. Come give it a go!
