Pilates is a form of exercise that works with your mind-body connection to focus on increasing strength, flexibility, posture, and balance. This class will be suitable for all fitness levels, covering the foundation principles of Pilates. You should wear comfortable clothing, and bring along a yoga mat and yoga block or towel if required. We do have mats available if you don't have your own.

In order to ensure that we are keeping our facilities as safe as possible for all users, we must remind you to please not attend if you are feeling unwell with any Covid-19 symptoms (high fever, persistent dry cough or loss of smell and/or taste). When attended a class you are encouraged to regularly wash and sanitise your hands and wipe down equipment, such as mats, before and after usage.
