Join Lucy who will take you back to basics with this entry level workout session. Whether you are a complete gym novice; recently getting back into exercise or just want to refocus on correct form and posture with certain exercises, this session is for you. The session will take you through a range exercises such as squats and press ups and will include a variety of body weight exercises and exercises using equipment. The session is open to all abilities but particularly suitable for beginners and will leave you feeling more confident in working out independently or attending other exercise classes. Please ensure you wear comfortable clothing.

In order to ensure that we are keeping our facilities as safe as possible for all users, we must remind you to please not attend if you are feeling unwell with any Covid-19 symptoms (high fever, persistent dry cough or loss of smell and/or taste). When attended a class you are encouraged to regularly wash and sanitise your hands and wipe down equipment, such as mats, before and after usage.
