What does inclusivity mean to you? What are reasonable adjustments in the workplace and how do you ask for them? How do they support staff suffering from imposter syndrome? These are questions we will be asking a range of organisations in our series of panel discussions, where we will be talking to employers about inclusivity, diversity and equality. Employment and the workplace are two areas where discrimination (whether conscious or unconscious) manifests in harmful ways. Figures show that people with protected characteristics such as disabilities or minority ethnicities are more likely to be unemployed and paid less than their peers. At this event, we will be asking employers how they are removing barriers to success and happiness by supporting underrepresented groups.
