This event is only available for students in University Residences. MasterChef semi-finalist & cookery teacher Anthony O’Shaughnessy will guide you through making some scrumptious Yorkshire classics. You will learn how to make fool proof Yorkshire puddings and adapt them to make a homely and satisfying Toad in the Hole! You will then be shown how to make a traditional Yorkshire sweet: Yorkshire Ginger Parkin, a gorgeous dessert with custard or the perfect counterpart to your cup of tea! You will have live support from Anthony throughout this relaxed and informal cookery class. You will be provided with the required recipes plus a wholesome dinner and dessert to enjoy after your session! You will make: Yorkshire Puddings and/or Toad in the Hole and Yorkshire Ginger Parkin.
