This Thursday is University Mental Health Day, and to mark the occasion the Sport and Physical Activity team are offering lifestyle and wellbeing drop-in appointments for students, focusing on physical activity, sleep, diet, stress and mental health. So whether you have been feeling demotivated or low in energy recently; have been experiencing trouble with your sleep; or feeling like you are lacking routine and structure to your day, one of our skilled and experienced wellbeing coordinators can discuss with you how you can begin to make positive changes to your lifestyle to support your physical and mental health.
Each appointment slot is approximately 20 minutes and all appointments will be delivered via MS Teams. Appointments are limited and available on a first come first serve basis. Please complete this short form to request an appointment.
