About this event
This class will help to rebalance your posture, body and mind by getting you moving after long periods of studying and sitting.
It is a modern Pilates based class, including stability, flexibility and core strengthening exercises which are delivered in a way that will promote relaxation, help to reduce anxiety and decrease stress levels.
This will help you to re-focus, leaving you feeling more positive and balanced, ready to tackle the rest of the week.
