If the gym isn’t your thing but you want to get moving and stay active, this is a great alternative. A workout using only your own body weight which includes cardiovascular and resistance based exercises that will be sure to burn off any pent up energy and stress. Great if you’re a beginner and want to get moving, in this class you will learn ways you can work out and stay active using just your own body weight in an interval based approach with regular rest periods. Don’t worry if you’re new to exercising either, this class is catered for all fitness levels and you will be encouraged to work at your own comfortable pace.
