About this event
A yoga class for those newer to yoga or those wanting a basic flow class. This class introduces foundation yoga postures, teaches you how to breathe, introduces relaxation and helps you feel more comfortable in the yoga practice. The class focuses on breath control, simple meditation and relaxation techniques. The adoption of specific bodily postures, which are widely practised for health, well-being and relaxation. Moving at a slower pace to build strength, balance and control of the body and the mind.
Tickets for Well-being Yoga will be put up on the Saturday before the event.
