Fight your way fit with Wellness Kung Fu. Featuring a mix of traditional Shaolin techniques, modern HIIT and kickboxing training that will provide a fun and challenging full body workout, without any actual fighting! Teaching you fundamental stances, punch and kick techniques, this class will help improve coordination, strength and flexibility. Through internal form training (often described as a form of moving meditation) you will help to correct breathing and calm the mind, reducing stress, making movements and techniques sharper and easier to perform.
