Lishi is an ancient Daoist art of movement that can help you keep your body relaxed and your mind at ease. It is a mix of different energetic practices, among them e.g. tai chi, soft kung fu and dao yin breathing exercises. This session will be focusing on the more expressive kung fu forms. Come give it a go! Wear loose comfortable clothing and come to the session ready to be energised and discover the benefits of Daoism. The GIAG will be conducted via Zoom, just follow the link below!
