About this event
To celebrate Black History month the University of Law along with the Ethnic Minorities Legal Division (EMLD) are hosting a free 'Empowering BAME Lawyers' event which is open to all Legal Students across Yorkshire and members of the Yorkshire Legal Community.
We are lucky to have some excellent names in the Legal Industry joining us from Trainees- Partners & Barristers.
This event is an open Q & A Panel with local BAME Solicitors and Barristers discussing openly and honestly their own experiences and advice on how to be a successful BAME Solicitor/Barrister.
There will also be an opportunity for networking afterwards.
We hope to inspire a new generation of future BAME Lawyers.
