About this event
Unfortunately cancelled, but join us at the next I.Tea.S. Meet 'N' Greet at the end of November.
Despite all the various methods of communicating - in person, phone, email, text, social media - why might we still feel disconnected? When we can’t see close ones in person, how else can we maintain and develop strong connections? How do we shift from transactional messages and small talk to real heart-to-heart moments?
In this workshop we’ll discuss:
- The difference between communicating and connecting
- The different ways we communicate care and affection
- How we connect not just with others, but ourselves
- How we can bridge disconnection in the people around us
This workshop is specifically tailored for Masters students at ITS.
Join your Health & Wellbeing Ambassadors at Room 1.11 abc, ITS.
The workshop is free, but please reserve a place prior to the event.
