About this event
Calling all ITS students and PGRs! Did you know that tea is the most commonly consumed beverage in the world after water? Did you know that ITS has a dedicated Health & Wellbeing Ambassador at LUU? If this is news to you, then why not pop over to our I.Tea.S meet ‘n’ greets this term to learn more about this medicinal beverage whilst also getting to know your ITS Health & Wellbeing Ambassador, Hannah.
Tea has been associated with numerous physical health benefits, whilst spending time to build relationships over a nice cup of tea also strengthens emotional health – two very important aspects of your being, particularly during this hectic time of year!
Why not come on down to room 1.11abc on 30th May, take a break from revision/studies/write-ups, get to know your LUU Health & Wellbeing Ambassadors - Hannah and Lucy - and sample a wide variety of teas. Green, black, oolong, and white are some such varieties of camellia sinensis that might be on offer, along with a range of complementary herbal teas for the more adventurous amongst you.
This relaxing environment hopes to be a quiet oasis where you can take a break from work, help you refocus, and share your thoughts on the upcoming Health & Wellbeing initiatives catered specifically to ITS students. We hope to see you there!
Location: Room 1.11abc, ITS
