About this event
As part of LUU’s regular Give & Take series and to celebrate Disability History Month 2019 we’ll be discussing 'What does a future designed by and for disabled people look like?'. Join Liberation Coordinator Leo Adams alongside a panel of students, architects and campaigners as they take a dive into what the future might hold.
- Piers Wilkinson - NUS Disabled Students’ Officer
- Gem Turner - Former LUU E&D Officer, and Disabled Activist and Blogger
- Zeid Haj Hassan - University of Bath Masters in Architecture student & former NUS Liberation Campaign committee member
- Leo Adams - LUU Liberation Coordinator
This Disability History Month we’re exploring a whole host of ‘Disabled &’ identities, and carrying out research into what a disabled future might look like for our members. You can fill out this survey to take part, and come along to the Give & Take on December 3rd to carry on the conversation.
