Learn ancient movements of Tai Chi combined with Daoist Yoga and secret breathing techniques to give yourself the best chance of revising well and crushing it on the day. Wear loose comfortable clothing and come to the session ready to discover how easy it is to dissolve the stress and replace it with a calm confidence.
