How you manage different stressors in your lives, depends on a lot of things; workloads, time constraints, other people, past experiences & there is something more, your personality. There are inherent connections between stress & personality style. Once you gain an awareness of these connections, you can use the insights to put your personality strengths to work for you (instead of against you) to improve your stress levels.
