About this event
Learn to relax and stay soft under pressure, physically and mentally. Get rid of stress and learn to relax whilst getting fit and strong. Lishi helps build confidence, communication and leadership skills in a safe and supportive environment. Our classes are playful, suited to young people and involve individual, partner and group exercises.
