About this event

Meditation is an effective way to relax and bring peace to your body and mind. Regular practice can help you to beat stress and improve your health and concentration. The group is free and supported by free online resources.

You can't meditate unless you can concentrate, and you can't do either until you relax. For this reason, each 90-minute group is divided into 3 parts. The parts consist of a mix of yoga, deep relaxations practice and meditation.
