The ancient form of movement known as Tai Chi has been practised for millennia in China by people wanting to stay healthy, energised and relaxed. Scientific studies have proved its efficiency at reducing mental stress and physical tension, as well as combating high blood pressure and a variety of other physical conditions. Rebalance your body to start feeling supple, warm and full of energy all the time! Our classes are high energy, suited to young people and involve individual, partner and group exercises.
