Get rid of stress and learn to relax whilst getting fit and strong. Lishi helps build confidence, communication and leadership skills in a safe and supportive environment.
The ancient form of movement known as Tai Chi has been practised for millennia in China by people wanting to stay healthy, energised and relaxed. Scientific studies in recent years have proved its efficiency at reducing mental stress and getting rid of physical tension, as well as combating high blood pressure and a variety of other physical ailments. This workshop will teach movements from the Tai Chi form in a supportive and friendly environment.
