What we’re all about
Psyched, the psychiatry society is open to all students who have an interest in mental health. They aim to reduce the stigma associated with mental health while raising awareness of the issues of those affected with clinical mental health conditions. They host a great mix of events including film nights, interesting talks and the hugely successful Medfest. They also have strong links with other societies in the School of Healthcare to help foster beneficial links.
We offer a great mix of events from film nights, interesting talks to OSCE practices. We also run a mentoring scheme for our members.
Membership is £4 for a year and £10 for a lifetime membership which includes our mentoring scheme and cheaper/free entry to our events.
