On Saturday 23 March your Union will be in London to demand that the government puts the brexit deal to the people - and we want you to be there with us.
We have organised coaches to take you down to ‘Put It To The People’ - a march demanding a final say on the Brexit deal.
Whether you voted leave or remain, LUU believe that you should have your say on the final Brexit deal. This march takes place just six days before the government plan to take Britain out of the EU and demands that the people say how this will happen.
Chris Morris, Union Affairs Officer at LUU said ““We’re sending coaches to London, as we believe that it is vital students have their say on what the Brexit deal or no deal should look like. Many students at Leeds did not have chance to vote in 2016 and their views haven’t been heard - that’s why we’ll be going along with thousands of other young people and students from across the country to march on Parliament to demand that we are given the final say.”
Coaches will leave from the Parkinson steps at 5:30am on Saturday 23 March and return by 11pm on the same day. Book your place for £20, which includes a refundable £10 deposit returned upon attendance. Book your place on the coach here.
