Postgrads Get Social

We know that LUU is going to run better events for postgraduates if other postgraduates are involved. That’s where you come in.

If you’re thinking of setting up a new event of any kind, any size we want to hear from you.

We can give you space, help get your message out, and maybe offer a bit of financial support, if you need it. We just need your ideas and encouragement to get other PG students involved.

Your Education Officer Serene said

“Socialising is one of the fun parts of being a PG and can really help you to build up a network of peers to support you and help you have some fun. I’d encourage anyone with an idea for an event or social to get involved as it’ll benefit the whole Postgraduate community.”

We want to hear about parties, reading groups, support networks, celebrations of any kind, guest lectures, performances, and all sorts of celebrations. Whatever you’ve got going on, we can help.
